We will conduct an independent, standard inspection of flat entrance fire doors to ensure compliance with current fire safety regulations.

 

This service assists the esponsible Person to remain compliant with the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 under the Fire Safety Act 2021. 

 

- Inspections are completed by fire safety specialists.

- Inspections are swift, non-intrusive and review all the required elements of fire doors, where access is granted by residents. The Responsible Person must make their best endeavours for the assessor to gain access to flat front doors by communicating with the residents.

 

​- The Responsible Person / Building Manager will receive a digital report on the condition of fire doors.​

​

- Any defects will be recorded.
