​The Responsible Person, Building Manager or Landlord will receive:

Who is a Responsible Person?
The Responsible Person is the person legally in charge of fire safety in a building.
It is the person who owns, manages or controls the premises.
This is usually:
-
The employer (for workplaces)
-
The landlord or freeholder
-
A managing agent
-
A management company

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Responsible Person must make sure the building is safe from fire risks and that proper fire safety measures are in place and maintained.
If they fail to do so, they can face enforcement action, fines, or prosecution.
