We will assess the integrity of fire doors within common areas such as corridors, stairwells, and lobbies, ensuring compliance with the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 under the Fire Safety Act 2021.

This service assists the Responsible Person to remain compliant with legislation.​​

We will assist you in the regular monitoring of the performance of your buildings' fire doors.

Inspections are required at least every three months for high-rise residential buildings (18m+ or 7+ storeys).
​

Annual inspections are required for residential buildings of 11m+ or over 5 storeys, or any building (regardless of height) with vulnerable residents.​

Inspections are completed by experienced fire door inspectors reviewing:
